Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico only. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking data to be updated.


Return Policy

Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging and all accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. These items are specifically tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold. For custom orders, a confirmation process will be conducted to ensure all design and production details meet your approval before manufacturing. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made, and the order will be non-refundable.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
